Stunning rooms, my favourite is on the 3rd floor but have stayed in a few beautiful ones. Amazing views of the seafront- a dream to wake up to and a sheer delight to fall asleep listening to the waves. Frances and her team cannot do enough to help you and the gin menu is something else-I need to keep visiting to sample them all!

I have stopped at the Carewylan previously and several times in the last few weeks. Given my stays were out of season and the hotel was approaching a period of closer, the level of service provided was still of the highest standard. The staff at the Caerwulan are outstanding, friendly and welcoming. The ladies on duty on then evening of the 23rd Nov, are a real asset to the hotel. Great food all round and a wonderful breakfast menu. An exceptionally clean establishment throughout, with well appointed rooms. If you are looking for a quality beach side hotel, in a great location, with outstanding views, located in a lovely North Wales town; then a stay at the Caerwylan is a must.

Having visited the Criccieth area for over 50 years my wife and I booked a late season weekend break (3 nights) at the Caerwylan Hotel, taking our first visit to this hotel. We were very impressed by the welcome, standard and facilities. With a spectacular sea view to boot.

Spent 4 nights here at the end of October. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with stunning views across the bay. The hotel is centrally located and very convenient for the beach and nearby cafes. The staff are very friendly and provide quick and efficient service at all times. Throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely well managed hotel in a beautiful part of Wales.
