What a beautiful place this is. From the long drive down to the grounds and house itself, the scenery is amazing there is loads of garden space for the kids to play and loads of indoor facilities for the rainy days. Well presented rooms with lovely decor throughout. There are 2 horses in the field next to the house that... More

Great place to spend time with family and friends - wonderfully spacious, well equipped and well situated. Slightly quirky decor in places but it was fab to have accommodation which genuinely did accommodate lots of people - not just in terms of bedrooms, but living areas too. The conservatory was great for kids (shame wi fi didn't extend further, but... More

We booked this amazing place for my 40th birthday with a group of friends - and we could't have asked for more. As a mixed group of adults with children ranging from 5 to 10 years old, we were impressed with the range of facilities and activities available (including table tennis, pool table, numerous board games, tennis court and an... The house commands a fabulous view and sits in lovely grounds with pigs to feed your scraps to and free ranging chickens. A real treat to be able to use tennis courts and the house has a great conservatory with table tennis and pool, lovely big table that is ideal for group dining - bit of a nuisance that the... More

We have been holidaying as a large family for several years and have stayed in quite a few large accommodation houses but this one topped them all!! From the animals that entertained the children during the day, to the bar, pool table and music system that entertained the adults at night, we had a fantastic time. We had a lovely... More

We have just returned from a glorious week at Mynydd Ednyfed with a group of friends. We are all families with young children and the accommodation was perfect for us. The children loved all of the animals on site and we had regular visits to see the chickens and feed the ponies. The facilities in the house are excellent and... More

My wife and I recently spent a week at Mynydd Ednyfed with friends, and we knew before we got there that it was probably going to be pretty special, but it was more than that, it was amazing. From the moment that we arrived to the friendliest of greetings from the owner Maureen, to the minute we left, nothing was... More

We had stayed at Mynydd Ednyfed many times when it used to be a hotel and had always loved it. With a significant birthday looming this was the first place we though about for a get together with family and friends. It did not disappoint. We were a party of seventeen adults and three children and we had an amazing... More

A group of old friends spent a long weekend here. The region is lovely for walks and there is no shortage of good pubs and restaurants. The hotel itself, now let out for a week or less to groups, has lots of communal areas including pool table, table tennis as well as a bar. If the weather allows, and for... More
