We came upon the Glanllifon by accident after our booked 2 night stay at a country hotel let us down by insisting no children allowed under 12. We chose the sea view room number 2 (highly reccomended) it was like walking in to a beautiful room in a 4 / 5 star hotel. The attention to detail was immaculate. The... More

Very friendly, room and breakfast good - especially the fresh fruit salad everyday! Good cycle storage and plenty of local Ordnance survey maps and guides for walking in local area and Snowdonia. For eating in the evening, recommend the Castle Inn - by the station, the Indian and the Fusion Restaurant.

Why impeccable? Because in reality there was nothing to fault. Room meticulously clean and spacious, bed sumptuous and comfortable,tv wide variety and easy wifi. You could say " well one expects that as standard" Ok but this is b&b prices with no short cuts, Breakfast every cereal under the sun followed by the full monty cooked breakfast served by an... Struggling to find a room whilst on a motorcycle trip around Wales but was so happy when we came across the Glanllifon. We needed a twin and offered the sea view room at a very resonable price. Such a friendly reception from the owners, the breakfast was great. Views from the room stunning and easy parking for the bikes directly... More

We stayed for two nights, and found it to be perfect. The room was spacious, clean and very comfy. It also had a great view. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, and well cooked. The owners were lovely. We shall definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights, its the perfect place to stay. The location is quiet and the seaview from our room was made even better by the large bay windows. The room was large enough to have a double bed and a single plus a living area at the front with a chair and settee and flat screen tv. The room was... More

Stayed here for 5 nights, good base for exploring the rest of snowdonia. It was perfect: lovely big room with couches, big tv, superb sea view. It's a bit more isolated than the rest of the B&Bs in the town, which is a bonus. Full english breakfasts are really good too.

We stayed 6 nights here and they were the most relaxing nights in years! Lovely place on the seashore, ideal for exploring northwestern Wales. We were in room n.2 and it was very spacious and clean, with a big slice of seaview. The staff is very kind and friendly. A very great stay I recommend it warmly!

What a lovely stay! We were going to stay at the marine hotel around the corner but we're insulted by the owner and popped in here on the off chance. The owners were so welcoming, the room was huge with a much better sea view than marine hotel at a fraction of the cost. I am defiantly adding this to... More
