We went for our anniversary weekend! Gorgeous room with a beautiful view across the harbour. The host was very friendly, fabulous breakfast, cute little garden at the back where we've had breakfast. I can only highly recommend this B&B! ... and Aberaeron is a nice place to visit, ideal to do the hike to New Quay, costal path...

It was only a spur of the moment decision to spend a couple of days at 3 Pen Cei to celebrate our wedding anniversary. What a good decision it proved to be. To call it a Guest house would be doing it a disservice, there are many luxury hotels that would be green with envy at the standards of accommodation,... More

If you ever decide to visit Aberaeron, make sure you stay at 3 Pen Cei. The whole experience from the minute we arrived was excellent, a very warm welcome from Lesley along with a beautiful decorated room and bathroom. We loved the little touches of the fresh lavender on the towels and the red roses in a lovely glass vase.... More

We first visited '3 Pen Cei' two years ago and were very eager to return again this past week. This is not your run-of-the-mill guest house - not by a long shot! It puts to shame pretty much all of the 5 star hotels we've stayed at over several decades..!! As previous reviews here have stated, it is first class... More

Excellent place. Comfortable bed, ample hanging space, quiet, nicely decorated room, superb breakfast, friendly hostess and staff. Only tiniest little quibble was lack of a light over the washbasin, so had to shave in my own shadow from light over my shoulder.

We found this place when looking for a place to stay in Aberaeron. We stayed in Ystwyth. We had such an amazing stay. Everything in the room was of an extremely high quality. My wife enjoyed the leather chair. The breakfast...now this is something!! The fruit, the yoghurt, the bacon, the butter, the egg...all finger licking good . John -... More

I booked 3 Pen Cai for me and my wife as a treat for her birthday, what a great decision that was! We had a lovely greeting on arrival and were offered tea or coffee, which came with some Welsh Cakes. The property is very well maintained and an absolute pleasure to visit. The rooms are decorated in a modern... More

We spent one night at 3 Pen Cei on the harbour front in the pretty little town of Aberaeron. We arrived early and parked easily on the road outside at the harbour's edge. We were greeted very warmly by the owner and immediately made to feel welcome. We were shown to our room by her daughter and offered tea and... More
