I checked into the Airport Inn on Friday afternoon around 1pm after driving non-stop from St. Paul, Minnesota. I was extremely tired. I tried to check into several hotels on Elvis Presley Blvd but all were full. I settled for the Airport Inn. Walking into the lobby there was no air conditioning on that 95 degree + day. I asked...

I do not wish to imply that owner made a poor choice of opening a hotel here. I think the planners of the City of Memphis are to blame. The only hotels in Memphis that offer a convience utility are the ones located downtown. The others in the city, from experience are far from decent food options and other attractions....

Our room had bed bugs & I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The hallways looks dark & creepy. Loud music was played all night. Looks like a hangout spot for pimps & prostitutes. Service was ok, we switched our room n it was a little bit better. TVs are old model. It had a pool but it wasn't open....

I've stayed in hotels for the last 60 days, roughly 45 different hotels. I only got a room because I assumed it'd be cheap, which it really wasn't, and I only wanted a place to take a shower and maybe sleep an hour or two before getting back on the road. Left within 20 minutes. Got a smoking room which...

Ok location, could have been better. The qaulity of your stay will depend on what location your room is. Ghetto is an under statement. The room had spiders some alive, one dead. The room was dusty. I actually saw a dead roach. The room was very dim even when all the lights were on. We had to request another room...

I stayed a few nights here but as a single woman alone was not comfortable. Reputation is connected to truckers. At first was given a room next to a noisy ice machine but they were kind enough to change to a quieter room. Paid in advance for 5 days but left on 4th day and they would not credit my...

Nice interstate view, decent rooms, desk clerks were very helpful and the best part was the price. This is one of the better hotels in the area. Wouldnt mind staying again to save some $$$. Maid was nice, met my needs, and gave me a few extra towels too. Great service is hard to come by nowadays so I was...

My sisters and I go to Memphis once a year and I said "hey we've never stayed here why don't we try this", I so regret saying this!!! When I was checking in the lady behind the counter was real nice. There was another woman in the lobby that was telling me that his hotel was so clean and a...

I can't believe that 5 years after my last visit in this hotel, it has proven to be what most people here have said about it, HORRIBLE! Here's 1 example, their phone service DID NOT work at all. So when I told them about this, the lady said "well if you need to make a call, you can use my...
