We were luck enough to get placed on one of the renovated floors. The rooms were nice. Mario was a great help to our group of 7 women coming in to town to celebrate a birthday. Easy check in and check out. We have plans to return to this hotel in June.
I stay at Hilton’s mainly. This one was very loud and had construction that wasn’t mentioned when booking. My room was fine but the street and indoor hall were very loud. Also internet didn’t work so I had to work with a help line for 25 minutes.
The hotel is very close to Beale Street. But it can get noisy. There is a sign in the lobby telling you as much. On our Saturday night stay you could hear music from Beale street. Hotel staff wasn't overly friendly. And price was pretty high considering remodeling was going…
