Dear Gerry V, Thank you for your kind review. I’m pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay on our private access Club Floor and the amenities that are included. Like you said, on weekends during the summer and fall we will host a “Sunset Happy Hour” on the rooftop. It’s a great way to enjoy our view of the...

Fun even on a business trip. The Duck parade was very fun! The quality of the rooms, food and service was excellent. I would recommend the hotel for other business events or family get aways. Very nice!

The Peabody is everything a grand hotel should be. The Lobby is like stepping into the middle of a 1930's film set in a hotel. The ceiling of the lobby is a true work of art, look up at it while you're enjoying a drink and listening to the pianist in the lobby. The lobby fountain has ducks swimming in...

The location of the Peabody, it's history, and the beautiful lobby are highlights of this hotel. However the rooms are tiny and the hotel gouges you with fees. We charged drinks to the room and in addition to paying for the drinks plus tips, we were charged an $11.95 service fee for the privilege of charging drinks to the room....

Dear Bethie1078, Thank you for your recent visit to The Peabody. I’m happy that you enjoyed this historic ambiance of The Peabody and were able to spend time in our Grand Lobby. I apologize for the confusion regarding our hotel service fee. Like other luxury hotels, this fee includes a variety of amenities like wifi, shoeshine, morning coffee, and newspapers....

We stayed nine nights..and never wanted to leave. The room was comfy and had plenty of storage .The bed was so comfy. The aircon easy to manage (it was early september so needed). Check in was efficient and friendly. The building itself is an absolute charm. Could just spend hours taking in the beauty and atmosphere of the lobby and...

This hotel offers a great experience to sample the bygone style and tradition of a Southern State Grande Hotel. Beautifully appointed the hotel is excellently positioned to sample everything Memphis has to offer. Beale Street is just around the corner, Graceland is a reasonably priced taxi ride away and the Martin Luther King Memorial and Sun Studios are within walking...

Our room was fantastic. We sank into the bed at night and felt like we were on clouds! The lobby was so relaxing and interesting!! Of course you cannot miss the march of the ducks and talented duckmeister!! The level of service was amazing also. There was always someone there to take care of any need you had.

Slow check in. We shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for a clean room. Ducks were cute! Hotel redeemed itself at check out! Called Operator and asked for bellman, she asked if we wanted our car pulled up to valet. Our Rolls Royce was waiting for us when we got downstairs.

I would recommend the Peabody to anyone. It was so nice and clean. Service was great. The location is perfect. We didn't have to drive anywhere. We got out and walked everywhere we went. The music festival was the weekend that we were at the Peabody so Beale Street was the place to be. We would definitely stay at the...

From start to finish, they seemed as though your stay was important. The hotel look was very nice, staff super nice, walking go the ducks was worth seeing (drank morning coffee while waited), within walking distance to Beale Street, convenient store across the street....would stay there again if we visit Memphis again.
