Cinder block building with dangerously loose stairs to the second floor. There's a clue as to how horrible this motel is. We had 2 rooms - loose, stained carpet, smelly, black mold on shower curtains, filth in bathroom and our refrigerator had old, melted ice/water stinking it up. And the walls are thin. And people knock on your door at...

This motel is not fit for any rating!! His motel is nothing more than a dirty drug den for a crack users and prostitutes. The area had a lot of questionable people just hanging around the front of the motel and one scary person was interested in our ride. The room stunk, the carpets were dirty, blood stained sheets, scum...

Bad neighborhood, terrible parking, dirty room. seedy characters.Noisy. This place shoud be left to the crack people and their associates. No sane person in their right mind would want to save a few bucks to stay here. You will not be comfortable at all. Rodeway you should be ashamed that this hotel carries your banner and Hotels.com you should not even...

Looks a bit shady, but ended up alright. Pretty close to downtown, 5-10 min drive to most of the major attractions. Not the cleanest of places, and breakfast wasnt much, but it was cheap, so for its price it was fair.

The hotel is about 2 miles from Beal Street (downtown). It is across the street from a parking deck for the University Hospital. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. I think it has been remolded recently. The parking is just off the street in a questionable neighborhood. The morning receptionist is very rude and breakfast just starts getting...

We stayed two nights and chose this hotel for its affordability and location. Most hotels in the downtown Memphis area run $200 to $300 a night. This hotel is not far from the downtown area and cab fare ran under $10 one way including tip. The hotel itself is a typical Rodeway Inn, a little shabby but relatively clean and...

I was skeptical when pulling up to this hotel but when I got inside the room it was clean and very big. We didn't have any problems with our stay at all. It was quite and the beds were comfortable. The surrounding area doesn't seem like the greatest that was part of my skepticism but we didn't have any problems...

Good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and not too far from Beale Street. I actually walked there and back. The welcome parcel of coke crisps chocolate and water was an added bonus that was nice.

Not a great place to stay. Linen was stained and room smelled. Smoke alarm hanging and lights over the stairs out making it dangerous. Unless they get new linen and fix up the rooms I wouldn't go there again.

When my wife and I got here, we weren't expecting much. The room was cheap, and in a pretty okay-ish neighborhood. The room was, frankly, huge. But we weren't really impressed. There was still trash in the room, there was no toilet paper, and the bed was still slept in from the people before. We told the front desk, and...
