We always try to have a trip to the highlands every year, and have stayed in quite a few hotels in this area. The Invergarry is some place we had passed many times, but had never been to, I'm so glad we did. The rooms are a wee bit dated, but very clean and we had a great view over... More

We travelled as a family, so the children shared one room, and my husband and I had another, so we could see that they are individually furnished and equipped. The style is traditional, and ours had polished wooden furniture and lots of satiny cushions and curtains. The aim was a feeling of comfort and a bit of opulence. Very nice.... More

It was good to come back for an overnight on our way North. The public areas are very cosy and elegant, and our room had been well maintained since our last visit. Spacious and comfortable, a bit of traffic noise but we appreciate that the original windows must be retained in this listed building. In fact, the best attraction of... More

We stumbled upon this place enroute to Skye and were very pleased to do so. The building is lovely and in a stunning setting. We had cream scones all round (which were fresh out of the oven and served with great homemade jam) and then enjoyed a short walk around the grounds. The price was very reasonable....would love to return... More

After two days wild camping climbing three remote Munro's , our pre-booked three rooms provided us with all the luxuries and ammenities we required to ease away the aches and pains involved. Hotel has been upgraded to a very high standard. Other hoteliers should take note here, on how to provide what Scotland's visitors need. Piping hot water, in each... More

This hotel featured cute sitting rooms downstairs, and the staircase leading up to the guest rooms definitely had an old Scottish feel to it. The guest rooms were small but clean with a bright skylight, and the bathroom was definitely spacious. There was a river across the street, so we decided to go check it out after dinner. We ate... I booked this hotel as it is on the Invergarry Link section of the Great Glen Way. I was allocated Room 10 a single room under the eaves. The room has been upgraded to the highest standard. I enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast and slept well ready to face the next section of walk next day. This room is... More

After a day of travel and sightseeing, this hotel was a welcome stop. We spent 2 nights and especially enjoyed breakfast. It was nice to relax in a homey little setting room with friends and a glass of wine. We had heat (Floridians don't tolerate cold well), when we turned on the radiators, and plenty of hot water.

We stopped over for a quick lunch here. The food was fantastic and everything that we ordered were very tasty. They have a decent collection of single malts and better than other similar places that I have been so far. We did not stay there from the reception area looked plush and the general upkeep of this place is high.... More
