I caught a taxi in to hotel, ( I was hiking the Great Glen Way ) as the hotel was quite a distance from the trail. What a lovely drive up the long drive way. There you were able to see the original castle ruins...More

Stayed for one night with our springer spaniel. Got upgraded to a superior double room (room 7) which was lovely. Huge separate bathroom with large bath and shower. Big TV and massive bed.
Dinner was excellent and breakfast was too. Staff were attentive and helpful....More

My understanding is that dogs are allowed in certain (but not the deluxe) bedrooms. However, they're not allowed in most of the public areas including the dining rooms. And I've never seen any in one of those rooms but I... More
My understanding is that dogs are allowed in certain (but not the deluxe) bedrooms. However, they're not allowed in most of the public areas including the dining rooms. And I've never seen any in one of those rooms but I have in the corridors and outside.
Check with the hotel to be sure.
