Lovely location after upgrading our room, very cold bathroom,no double glazing, stains on carpet,TV almost unwatchable due to poor signal, poor water pressure in walk in shower. The food was average on the inclusive menue, service in restaurant was rushed! The staff were very pleasant, and helpful.

The introduction of 4G to the village 2 weeks ago has effected the TV signal. We have only found this out and are now having filters fitted which should block the 4G. This was not a hotel only issue. Anyone using Freeview in a 4G area will require one of these filters. Had we this information before, we would have...

This was our first time to Port Patrick, and our first time for the JJGilmore music weekend, and what a ball it was, the setting of the hotel is magnificent standing proud upon the cliff top overlooking the lovely village of Port Patrick. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, and lovely provisions in the bathroom. The breakfast...

We are rather remote if you don’t come by car or coach. This all adds to the beauty of the area though. Thanks for writing a review. They are appreciated.

This large hotel is in an elevated position overlooking Portpatrick and the coast. Our premier room (for which we paid a small supplement) took in these views and was spacious and comfortable but unfortunately insufficiently heated for the winter weather. However, a supplementary heater was quickly found by the receptionist. The bathroom towel-rail heater was similarly under-sized and cool although...
