Our room cost us £85 and for that we would have expected at least a clean room in a clean hotel. What we were given was far from this, the room was damp, cold and dirty. This hotel is very run down and is in urgent need of repair and redecoration. The pictures shown are not a fair representation of... More

An old Scottish village pub/hotel. It's not a 5-star hotel, so don't expect 5-star standard. It is an old stone building, very typical of many Scottish villages, a little run-down and it could do with some fresh paint in places. It is also a bar - although I was never disturbed by any noise from there. The internet in my... More

This hotel is VERY run down and dirty, there was a horrible stale food? smell in the air and their were people smoking in the public bar. Looking at the photos on Late Rooms since our visit it is obvious these have been taken some considerable time ago, the Bridge Inn does not look like this now. It’s a dirty... More

Fell far short of my expectations, was more like a dosshouse than a hotel. There was a awful smell in the room, like rotten cabbages. Everywhere was filthy and that includes the staffs clothing. I risked going to breakfast but didn't eat any of it the cutlery was filthy and the food had a rancid smell. Have stayed in many... More

When we saw the place, we were concerned (not the best condition) and the hallway to our room was winding. The room was very nice, modern and clean...we had a very nice sleep. The breakfast was good and the service was very friendly.

The rooms are basic and in need of an upgrade. It is obvious that there has been no investment in the Bridge Hotel for many years as the fixtures, fittings and furnishings are very dated. Having said that our stay was made comfortable by the very helpful and friendly staff who made us more than welcome. Beds were comfortable, but... More

Had to book this on a short notice, very happy that they could accommodate us. The place is old, and slightly run down, but if you expect that, everything else is great! The welcome was very warm, and it's all clean and well presented. There are only 8 rooms, and the ones that face the road can get loud with... More

The restaurant now closed, the dining area was shut off by a screen, no food served Pub was run down, carpets dirty, fittings in our room broken. Unpleasant musty smell upstairs. Choices and quality of breakfast was poor. Our stay 😞. The Bridge Inn appears to have deteriorated significantly.

Very welcoming inn with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Adequate breakfast and convenient location with great access for Stirling area and easy drive or train (from Stirling) to Edinburgh or Glasgow. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night while attending a wedding. We were welcomed on arrival. The room is very basic and the bed was very comfy however the shower was a nightmare. The temperature was either far too hot or freezing! The breakfast let its self down as it was doused in oil!! Over all it was fine for us... More
