Sorry you were dissapointed, however your offer CLEARLY stated that there was a supplement for saturday night stay, it was also stated clearly on your booking confirmation. We find in the two rooms with a slanted ceiling that people are fairly aware that its lower than the rest of the room otherwise they bang there heads and guess what, they dont do it again. All rooms in the entire hotel are double glazed, even the bedroom you were in. We find our prices to be the lowest in the area so your glad you never went anyplace else. Glad you enjoyed the free breakfast.

Booked two nights for wife's birthday through Groupon deal. Room with loch view very nice and well appointed. Dined in hotel both nights and food excellent and reasonably priced. Great choice for breakfast and all freshly cooked. All in all a great weekend

My partner and I stopped for a coffee mid morning. We were told by two dour men in charge they were not open yet. A seasonal thing, I think. I asked where the next coffee place would be. Quite a bit along the road, we were told, no smiles or pleasantries. We stepped outside

i am one of those dour men, the bar was closed, the public toilets are 100 yards away. you imagined a non existent toilet, all i did was tell you we dont have one there, in the hotel every room has a toilet. i was busy checking out guests and you expected me to leave them and go and open up the bar to enable you to avoid using the public toilets. sorry but maybe you should give a thought that just maybe it was your good selves that were being rude.

Sorry folks. I could not recommend the Hotel or the surroundings for your situation. It is quite isolated.
