We cannot begin to put into words how amazing this family run, gem of a hotel is. We stumbled across this hidden gem by chance a few years ago and instantly knew this had to be the place we would get married.

Gorgeous location close to town but felt like we were in the remote countryside. Our room was spacious with a fabulous view. The food was delicious, the service superb, very friendly staff. * of us stayed there and all were happy!
Second stay and just as good as first one. Staff really good. Food excellent. This is a great hotel excellent value for money. Great base for walking and the breakfast certainly sets you up for the day.
Guest houses can be a little hit or miss. Sometimes we dread a little what we'll be served for breakfast when on holiday - this Inn brought back my faith in guest house booking. Beautiful breakfast each morning - proper eggs, proper coffee, served quickly...More

Hi. Yes dogs are most welcome. If you let us know when booking we now put a pet set in your room for you. We charge an additional £10 per stay to have your dog in your room. Some of our guests like to dine with their dog and this can be done (using the same menu as elsewhere in the hotel) but we do recommend booking in advance as we have limited space in the bar area. We are, however, happy for guests to leave well behaved dogs in the room if guests prefer to do this, or often guests leave their dog in the car whilst they dine. We hope to see you soon!
