We had a lovely visit at Jane's comfortable BnB. Beds, rooms, facilities are all good, and the views from the breakfast- conservatory, and of course the very locally produced breakfast itself, were all fab. We loved the friendly dog and very much appreciated the guest living room, tea and flapjacks (yum). Most of all, Jane is a kind and generous...

We stayed 2 nights at the family roomat Kiltyrie Farmhouse, very warm welcome by Jane and her labrador Blue ;-) Welcome Tea/Coffee and Breakfast is served in the conservatory with wonderful views over Loch Tay and Janes garden, watching her hens strolling around. Our stay in Kiltyrie was at the end of a wonderful vacation in Scotland. It captured everything we loved about Scotland, beautiful scenery (the view over Loch Tay with the mountains is gorgeous, as are the views of Ben Lawers), great food, and warm, welcoming people. Jane made our visit extra wonderful by preparing a special breakfast for one of...

Very friendly and welcoming. Excellent food, our hostess going out of her way to cater for all the alergies and requirements of our diverse group - and seemed to remember them from our visits in previous years. Dinner and breakfast both memorable for quality and diversity.

My people came from Kiltyrie. Jane was very helpful with finding locations. Our room had a lovely view of Loch Tay and was spacious and comfortable. She served a great breakfast with fresh eggs compliments of the chickens cruising in the yard. Although the weather was quite cool and rainy, the b&b was warm and cozy.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Kiltyrie. Jane (owner) was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, bright and comfortable with a beautiful view. Very quiet, if you want a nice relaxing break away from it all, the Kiltyrie is a great choice. Lovely breakfast with fresh eggs from the hens in the garden! Would recommend and...

Small B&B on a wonderful location near Loch Tay. Lovely room with large bathroom, everything clean, perfect breakfast and the owner Jane is a very nice person who gave us many helpful advices. Perfect base for climbing Ben Lawers and many shorter or longer walks.

We agree with all the wonderful comments. Jane is a perfect host: friendly, relaxed and great to talk with. Comfortable room and well done traditional breakfasts which included eggs from her own chickens.. The views a breath taking. Jane gave us very good advice about a scenic drive in Glen Lyon.
