Booked this with 2 female friends as we were attending a wedding at Duck Bay. The hotel's location is right at the edge of the Loch literally were the boat trips leave from so excellent views from the bedrooms. The rooms are clean with great views, TV and hairdryer. We had an evening meal and the food and portions were...

I have been here several times and the food is always ok but the service has never been great. The staff are friendly but very slow in taking your order and on every occasion we've been it's not been overly busy. We always seem to have wait for our order to be taken and staff aren't very helpful. The food...

This hotel is right by the loch, close to all pubs/shops/restaurants and a 5-7 min walk away from the train station. The staff are all really friendly. The bar area is good and the food we had one evening was very nice. Unfortunately, I have to say that once you are upstairs and have waved your fob to get past...

The continental breakfast was included in our rate was basic but satisfactory. The infrastructure of th8s hotel is tired and needs updating....

We stayed here for one night. Check in was straight forward. The room itself was a family room and nice and spacious and very clean. Unfortunately we had no view from our window except a rooftop, which meant the room was quite dark. I did request a room with a view but had no reply to my email, perhaps I...

Friendly reception on a very busy evening. Accommodation was spotless and comfortable.Dinner was excellent with one small problem immediately and effectively dealt with by Lee. Breakfast was one of the best ever supervised by Elsa. On departure we met Craig the manager who took time out of a busy schedule to wish us a farewell. Although far from being locals...
