Very disappointed with our one-night stopover at this hotel -except for the staff who were very polite and helpful. The bed was not comfortable. Smelly pillows and uncomfortable mattress made sleeping difficult. The decor was tired and urgently in need of a refurb. The breakfast was very ordinary - no coffee on hand and greasy boiled bacon! In contrast, the... More

We were offered the room number 18, with offered a ice view to the frequent used highway on both side for 110£. The room has at most 12m² with is enough for a small corridor around the bed unless you have more than one piece of luggage with you. The breakfast is sufficient, but not what you would expect for... Got the ferry over from the other side of the loch mid west highland way. What an incredible place to sit and eat. Had the steak pie which was incredible and great portions too. The view was great from our window side table. The staff were lovely and helpful to a pair of muddy wet walkers in full kit and... More

Stop off here a week ago on a lovely sunny day. Sat initially out on the deck which was lovely but we then moved down to the beer garden which looks over the loch. The view down there was lovely and it was a very pleasant place to sit but not suitable at all if you have any mobility issues,... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night whilst walking the West Highland Way. 110.00 pounds for B/B in a double room. It was lovely and worth every penny. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are all well trained and so very good at what they do and very happy to help in any way. The food was really good... More

Stayed as a group doing the West Highland Way walk. Our room was (I assume) a cheaper room and on the top floor - but had a stunning view down the loch. The bathroom had a bath with flexible shower hose - difficult if you prefer to stand and wash. Apparently some other rooms had proper shower enclosures. The meals... More

My family stayed here for a week, we loved everything. Staff especially!!!! Food was great, the lodge was perfect in every way. Could not of asked for anything else. We have booked again for the summer holidays. The marina was lovely also and the staff of water sports area were very accommodating.

I was so disappointed with my room. When I pulled up I had high hopes but it was in vain. I had a single room , it was so tiny and claustrophobic , I literally had to close the bathroom door to manoeuvre around the room The decor is so jaded . It's a shame because the location is beautiful... More
