We stayed at this fabulous b&b with family it was absolutely beautiful, the views from our rooms were amazing overlooking The Clyde. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, our Daughter’s Mother In Laws room had been renovated and had a fabulous roll top bath as well as a shower. Our room was in need of a little tic carpet was worn and furniture was very dated. Although saying that it was spotlessly clean and the shower room was fabulous. Breakfast was superb with fabulous choices. A great walk into town and the Scottish weather was extremely kind to us. What a fabulous few days away in this idyllic town. We will most certainly be back.

I stayed here on a recent trip to Rothesay. My room was very nice and had a sea view which was absolutely sublime. There was a good range of toiletries in my room. You have to order breakfast the night before, and there were four options to choose from , and my breakfast was excellent. If ever I'm back on Bute, I'll book in here.

We stayed 2 nights with friends in en-suite rooms at the front of the house. Both had fabulous views across Rothesay Bay and secure parking for our motorbikes with a short walk into town. A large guest lounge, also at the front of the house, where we could meet up for a glass of wine before venturing out to eat. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious, a really good start to the day. Would highly recommend and stay here again if on the island.

Wonderful location a short walk from the centre of Rothesay which has incredible views across the bay and towards the Cowal Peninsula. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable with a lovely large en suite. Breakfast was provided in the dining room in the front of the house so we had the pleasure of watching the various ships and bird life as well as possibly seals while enjoying a delicious cooked breakfast. Our host, Kristine Watt, was extremely pleasant and helpful without being overbearing. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B
