We stayed here for 2 nights . This is in a beautiful location, with a welcoming glass of fizz and a rest in front of the fire . The lovely young man who greeted us showed us all round the public areas so we had our bearings, which was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and our ensuite had... More

On our way to the Outer Hebrides we decided to give ourselves a treat and stay for a night in the Kinloch Lodge. The lodge is situated in a stunning location, ideally to reach via the Kyle of Lochalsh, but even better from the Armadale ferry. What we found positive is that there was direct access to well maintained walking... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of a four night trip using, for the first time, Vouchers we had purchased online. We had tired of paying full price at good and very good hotels and restaurants, only to find that other guests had paid much less! Our first impressions of Kinloch Lodge were entirely positive. The hotel is... More

We stayed for 6 nights in late October/early November and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a suite in the South Lodge which was wonderful. A very large bedroom with a comfy bed, enormous bathroom and a charming sitting room. I could have sat in the wing chair there for the entire stay and just looked at the view! All... More

I've only just arrived and already I know this place will be awesome so I've extended my stay. As a critic of the hotel industry I can identify immediately that someone is trying very hard to make a good impression-well it's worked so far. Regards Peter Groves Thelodgeatruddington

We enjoyed an outstanding family lunch for a dozen or so people at The Kinloch Lodge. The whole experience was superb with the food the highlight. Service was excellent and the hospitality shown was great. We spent the best part of 4 hours at the venue as, lunch was served at a pace to suit us, following which we relaxed... More

We had the top room in the adjacent building and the views from our room were spectacular. The vistas were endless down the entire loch, with the sun rising and shining into our room even in November. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The older house and garden walls needs a... More

This was our first visit to Kinloch Lodge and it was wonderful. Positioned overlooking the southern part of Skye towards the mainland it stands alone in its own grounds . The bar is warm, cosy and welcoming with a large wood fire . We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every meal. Dinners were either tasting menus or at least... More

We stayed and dined in the hotel for a couple of nights in September. Unfortunately, the weather was very poor during our stay and so we had little opportunity to enjoy the area. We were given a warm welcome upon arrival and after a glass of prosecco in the bar, were taken up to our room, which had been recently... More
