Elaine truly cares for her guests. Small touches like biscuits and tea pot in the immaculate rooms. Great value for the excellent morning breakfasts. Let's not ignore the views and morning sun over the Loch Eyre as well as the sounds of sheep along the countryside.

A lot of thought and care has been put into making this accommodation attractive and welcoming. It had spacious rooms, comfortable beds and first class ensuite facilities. Our host was so friendly and helpful and the cooked breakfast was lovely. We would certainly stay there again if visiting Skye, but hopefully the weather will be better next time!

Modern and tastefully decorated, Lochview is graciously hosted and beautifully laid out. Our hosts were very generous with their time and suggestions. Bed was comfy, although I'd rather have a sheet between me and the comforter. Pillows were perfect and lots of space to unpack suitcases. Breakfast was okay, eggs too greasy for my taste. Fresh fruit would have been... More

Warm and relaxed welcome set the mood for our two night stay here. We were blessed with great weather which meant that the whole Isle lit up with colours, shades, shadows rich heather colours and a deep blue sky reflecting in the lochs and sea. Lochview is located in an enviable spot and the window from our double room looked... More

I was tired driving a lot, and looking for a place to stay the night. From local reference, I showed up, and fortunately found a room with very reasonable price. The host Mrs. Margaret Macfarlane welcomed me and assigned a very specious and well decorated room. The room had tea/coffee, large comfortable bed, all everything that you'd expect. I was... More

Sadly we only stayed 1 night, we would have loved to stay longer. Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to help us with our onward travels, an amazing breatfast...couldn't fault anything. We stayed in the upstairs room with a huge onsuite bathroom. The whole decor was high quality and looked amazing (great taste)..the best nights sleep we had... More

This B&B is only recently opened but it is in a beautiful location and is very attractively presented. Our room was immaculate and the mattress extremely comfortable. Hamish was a gracious host and drove to find us when we went a bit astray on the way in. Wifi was fast and the bathroom well done out. Breakfast was delicious and... More

This B&B is by far the most beautifully decorated one we've stayed in. The attention to detail in the room we had was outstanding. Everything was top quality. Mini chocolate bars on our welcome tray were appreciated. There were luxurious lambskin rugs throughout the room and the bathroom. Although we weren't happy that our private bathroom had to be accessed... More

Didn't know what to expect, however, we were blown away by the friendliness and comfort of this lovely cottage on the Isle of Skye. Margaret and Neil made us feel like one of the family. Our room was excellent, clean, large, comfortable and our private bathroom was modern and big. Breakfast was as good as a Scottish breakfast can be,... More

As my parents-in-law were coming on a visit to Scotland for the first itme I was eager to take them on a nice trip, and Mrs. Margaret MacFarlane's lovely B&B in Park Bernisdale was part of the great experience. The B&B is cozy and familiar, a modern house. You have your own entrance, which gives you privacy. We booked online... More
