Great location near Dunvegan and central for day trips on this side of Skye. Generous room, very comfortable queensize bed, large modern bath. Excellent breakfast and close to The Old Schoolhouse restaurant. A 30 min drive to Talisker distillery. Quiet location. We would re-book if we come back to the island.

We booked this B&B as an alternative to somewhere in Portree, and we struck really lucky. Dunvegan might boast a clan castle, but it is pretty remote, out on the north west side of Skye. So we weren't sure what to expect. What we found was a really excellent B&B - clean, comfortable, modern rooms, and a guest sitting room...

We stayed 3 nights at Roskill House which we had selected as a base to visit the Isle of Skye. The location is really excellent: close to Dunvegan with shops , close to restaurants, close to the places of interest. It is very quiet. Our room was very spacious. WiFi was working well. Breakfast was great.Hosts were friendly. The price...

Our room (room 3)was well appointed with tea, coffee making facilities and a small fridge which was topped up daily with fresh milk and chilled water. The en-suite bathroom was freshly decorated and the...

We stayed here last week for one night as we were finishing off our holiday in Skye with a trip to the nearby restaurant the Three Chimneys. Alan and Julia were fantastic hosts. They offered a great welcome, gave us a detailed tour and had home-baked cake on offer in addition to biscuits in the room. Phone reception isn't great...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Arriving on a rainy day we instantly felt welcome and the room was wonderfully cozy. The room was very well equipped, with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, delicious biscuits :). The bathroom felt newly done. The hosts couldn't have been nicer. Every evening the hosts took our breakfast order, and I must say...

This is not your ornery B and B. A lovely and helpful welcome with home made whisky cake, scrupulously clean comfy rooms and breakfast of the highest quality with superb local produce and the best sausages I've had for ages. And before you arrive they send you a mini brochure/ breakdown about Skye which is truly informative and a real...
