By not serving hot water I presume you mean out of the tap not in a glass? Our hot water goes off at 11pm and comes on again at 6am, the hot water is usually hot for several hours after 11pm as not many people...More

Yes you can, just come to the bar and tell them you are a guest and they will put it through the back for you if the room isn't ready, thanks.
