A great location in Mull near to the ferry terminal for the trip from from Oban. This is an authentic, traditional pub that does great food, served by friendly staff. We enjoyed our meal the first night so much that we went the following evening. We were not disappointed. The food, both nights, was excellent.

The bartender was more interested in showing off and having banter with people than actually chasing up our food order. Waited nearly an hour for a small bowl of chips to have with our drinks, when we had to leave he said that our chips had gone to another table and didnt even apologise.

An incredibly busy pub especially just before the boat is due to sail. The landlord and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ate there two nights in a row and the food was excellent each time. A very 'traditional' Scottish pub so it will be busy and lively, but this definitely adds to it's charm. Definitely recommend it.

My two boys and I spent four days at a campsite in Craignure on Mull this summer. Being unorganised with food we wandered over to the local inn. It was so good we ended up going every day that trip. The friendly staff are very welcoming and make you feel like locals. They can also recommend local things to do... More

We were made very welcome to this busy, friendly inn whilst on a camping holiday to Mull! Staff were fabulous with the kids and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food....so much so we returned the next night for our evening meal! Would advise booking as it's very busy but they try very hard to accommodate you if you haven't made... More

Staff were so friendly and up for a laugh really drawing tourists into staying around. Food was fantastic and my crab even came in the original crab shell! Was a nice range of foods unlike many of the other places we had visited which was a nice relief. Tables avaliable outside to view the stunning scenery and you can even... More

This inn is just what it says on the tin! A lovely bar with good beer and rooms where good quality pub grub is served. However, what really makes it is superb staff. The barman is a pure natural - dealing with a busy night with great aplomb and style and the food waitress was similarly good-natured, fun and all... More

A whitewashed traditional Highland inn by the sea , the Craignure is a straightforward hostelry where "what you see is what you get" . Good, simple pub grub (with nice local touches) is served by polite friendly Polish girls. There are interesting characters on both sides of the bar especially the effective and charming barperson Amy who copes well with... More

Called in for lunch after visiting Duart Castle and detouring to the hospital to get a scratched eye looked at. Very friendly barman and honest pub grub. If you're looking for a gastro-pub with food served on plates and chips in pint glasses then head elsewhere. If your happy with a good solid pub then this ticks the box.

Came here a few times whilst holidaying in the area. Had several fantastic meals in this quirky little traditional pub. Seating can be difficult as it is first come first served and the pub gets very busy at times. The food is very well cooked and presented, local food, traditional Scottish food with a few pub favourites thrown in. You... More
