Stayed at hotel for 3 nights. Staff were fantastic Food was very good Hotel was clean The rooms are tired and could do with refurbishment. Pool and SPA area clean and tidy Only real disappointment was the outdoor hot tub was out of action for two of the days we were staying. Overall this hotel is worth a visit!

Hello and thanks for your review. So sorry that on this visit the hot tub etc was out of use for a couple of days. There is never a good time for repair and maintenance but when essential this does have to be done, although we do try to effect as quickly as possible. Hope you will return and try...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient to the ferry terminal, just a mile or so away. The room we had was an accessible one as my partner is in a wheelchair. The room was good, nice clean spacious bathroom. The living area had a beautiful view of the harbour and ferry terminal. The only reason the hotel...

After an initial bad experience with the booking process, the general manager was extremely accommodating and convinced us to stay at the hotel, We had a nice stay at the hotel during our visit to Mull. The food was excellent, very good breakfast and the 6 course taster menu was good quality food. I liked that diners could choose something...

Hotel was nice, modern interiors and beautifully located. However it is an expensive room rate for a very average experience. Our door broke and we were down graded to a tiny basement room - extremely disappointing. No WiFi, except in public areas which I'd very inconvenient. Staff...Well! The restaurant staff were farcical and quiet comedic with their OTT insincere service....

Me and my mother stayed here for one night – we wanted to catch the first bus to Fionnphort in the morning, so we catch the ferry from Oban in the previously afternoon and stayed here. The location is good to catch the bus and the ferry, with a nice walk. The garden and pathway to the beach and to...

We were recommended to pay this hotel a visit, whilst staying on the nearby campsite in Craignure. It took some finding as we missed the finger post sign to the hotel from the footpath on the main road, we doubled back and followed the lovely path which ran alongside the waters edge and took you to the back entrance of...

Our first visit to the Island of Mull and stayed at the Isle of Mull Hotel and Spa resort. Drove past it as although there was a sign from the main road onto a lane there is no sign at the entrance to the hotel. Like others who had just come off the ferry we drove past it and had...

With a vegan in the family we have had some very bad experiences in restaurants and hotels that claimed to cater for special dietary requirements. By contrast, this hotel was an absolute delight: on our first evening, mention of our room number when entering the restaurant was sufficient to trigger staff to recall that we had a vegan in our...

Nice place located on Isle of Mull but rather inaccessible without a car. Nothing much to do around the vicinity of the hotel and nowhere to eat except at the hotel restaurant and cafe. No free wi-fi in room and wi-fi in the common areas were intermittent and weak. Nice beach at the back of the hotel though. With nice...

Hello and thanks for your feedback. I believe a car can be beneficial if you want to get out and about in the evening, during the day there is a bus service. Locally there is a pub offering a fairly varied menu for people who do not want to always eat in the hotel, however we do try and ensure...
