A charmingly run B&B on the outskirts of Strathpeffer. Our host was extremely helpful, even running us two miles in his car to a country house restaurant . Rooms are well modernised in an old but charming Scottish house. Whisky and chocolate are laid on for guests which is really nice and Strathpeffer is a village which really should be...

We had a very pleasant overnight stay at this lovely B&B, the hosts were friendly and attentive. Bed was very comfortable and we valued the care and attention given to make guests comfortable. Excellent refreshments available and towels etc were of very good quality and pristine white, best choice of colour I would say. We had a very good breakfast...

We can only echo the sentiments previously expressed in these reviews. We carefully researched where to stay in this charming if slightly-faded Spa town and reckon we got it right. The house is period and restored with huge attention to detail. We had a super-king bed which gave us our most comfortable night's sleep in Scotland. As much good coffee...

We stayed here mid-September for a wedding as the evening reception was at the Strathpeffer Pavilion. The Pavillion (town centre) was only a 10 minute walk, so was quite nice to get some fresh air at the end of the night on the walk home! Linnmhor House is a lovely building, the owners have done well to give it a...

Early July we stayed at the Linnmohr House during our wedding weekend in Strathpeffer. It's a lovely warm friendly 'home from home' to stay and I cannot thank Mike & Rona enough for adding to a special weekend.

Mike and Rona are the perfect hosts. Rona's home cooking is a wonder, as are her signature breakfasts. Prine ingredients, well thought out and perfectly executed and presented. The accommodation is spacious for a B&B, and make tasteful use of furnishings and the character of the old house. And did I mention the very reasonable tarrif?! Warmly recommended.

My family of four stayed at Linnmhor House in June and it was excellent. The standard of the room fit out was excellent. Great showers, heavenly beds. The hosts Rona and Michael could not have been nicer or more helpful. And the breakfasts were very yummy. Its a pity you don't do the evening meals any more Rona, as you...

On arrival in Strathpeffer and Linnmhor, we were a little surprised at the building works in the garden. However, following first impressions, the house is beautifully decorated in a traditional style, with lovely large rooms and a friendly welcome. Martin, a man who has been a professional distilleryman, offers a dram and will tell you all you want to know...
