During our one night stop-over we were pleasantly surprised. The location is remote but impressive, the hotel comforting and relaxing, reminding us of quiter, past, times; great for de-stressing. Personnel was friendly, attentive and professional. We enjoyed our meal in the cosy pub and the...More

This hotel is slightly dated in the rooms but clean & spacious. Staff welcoming & helpful. The beer garden across the road allows breath taking views while sipping on your drinks. Definitely a highlight of the hotel. Food in the pub area also fab! No...More
After a punishing cycle from Gairloch in horrible weather conditions we stopped at the Dundonnel Hotel for a light lunch (as advertised on their website which we had checked in advance). On arrival we asked to see the lunch menu to be told 'sorry we...More

Yes we do welcome well behaved dogs, I have two wonderful Labs of my own - we do ask that dogs are treated with a flea/Tick control and that they have been wormed within six months of thier visit to us. We do not allow dogs in our restaurant or eating areas during service and we do not allow dogs on our furniture or bedding. We also remind folk that unless your dog is well trained around sheep and other farm animals that they remain on a lead - finally we ask that owners clear up after their dogs. There are some amazing walks and plenty of open spaces for your loved pets to run and play, its a haven for dogs!
