I have stayed in many Hamptons and I would say this is the worst managed location I have been a customer of. Started off with a not so friendly greeting. After we checked in dropped off our luggage we went back to the front desk and asked for directions. With an eye roll and a very obvious we were bothering her, she gave us directions. We couldn't help but laugh about it all after walking away, someone was having a bad day. Staying here for two nights we realized that she wasn't the only one that seemed to be unhappy with the job. The next morning the breakfast attendant, with missing teeth, was hateful when asked if she had hot sauce for the eggs and if by chance she had a banana. On the morning of check out (different front desk agent), we asked if we could have an extra hour and we were snapped at. I mentioned that we were a diamond member and asked "isn't that one of our perks" she said that she did not have to honor any perks, Guess that's why we never offered any diamond members snacks and beverages during check-in. As we were leaving with our lugguage the cleaning attendant came out of another room she was cleaning to ask if we came out of room #?, It appeared to me she was watching to make sure we left by the 11 check out time, like maybe the front desk called her and asked her to supervise us. We are both in our mid 40's with professional jobs not young 20 years old that were being rowdy and partying. The room was decent enough but the hallway and room both had an awful smell. Wifi kept on kcicking me off, both mornings I would have to reconnect every 30 mins or so for no less than 5 times each day. The restaurant next door has a great breakfast and I highly recommend. I have stayed at the Holiday inn at the next exit during Bonnaroo and would recommend that location if staying in Manchester. P.S. Diamond member for several years. Paid for room and did not use points.

There are several hotels in the Manchester area. The nicest of them are likely this property and the Holiday Inn Express about 4 miles further south on I-25. This feels like a newer facility in excellent condition. At first the room seemed a little Spartan to me, but that's largely a function of it being uncluttered. The room was comfortable and quiet. I had views out the front, which aren't great. There may be better views in the back towards the woods. The hotel was very clean. I thought the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd give credit to the breakfast room staff in particular for not only good service, but also special touches in the way of nice messages left for the guests - a welcome personal touch. This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway, but I should note that the entrance is down a driveway that isn't super well marked - I think they took down a nearby structure and the drive just isn't that clear, although there is a sign. As others noted, the hotel seems empty during the day, but it quickly fills up with overnight travelers. They had wi-fi included in the price (as they should), which was fine for emails and the like. I didn't try to video stream, but if that proves insufficient there are upgrades available.

Price was a little steep. I paid over $200 for basic king bedroom. The room Was clean and quiet! The room was Decent and the complimentary breakfast was decent. At this facility everyone was super nice. The breakfast server was extra nice and went out of her way to keep everything clean and refilled.

Traveling from Minnesota to Florida this location was perfect! Just past the busy Nashville area in a more quiet location. But it had lots of other things next to the area. The room was amazing, and the big comforters felt even weighted. Absolutely slept like a baby after 15+ hours of driving. Including my 95 yr old mother enjoyed her stay!

We got caught in a lot of traffic on the way home and stopped here for one night. Vicky was great getting us a really nice room in the back overlooking a wooded area. It was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Room was perfect... Big fridge, huge TV, great shower and wonderfully comfy bed. Nice breakfast area and they even had pumpkin pie flavored coffee syrup which made my day. We recommend this hotel!
