When checking in the desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. It didn't seem personal but more like she just hated her job or maybe her life. This hotel has a very limited number of pet rooms and most, if not all, are smoking rooms. Because it was late and we were tired we accepted a smoking room. It had a...

Very nice front desk service. We booked at booking.com which gave a lower rate! Older place but we are OK with that! Pet Friendly is a big plus!! Very clean, which really is what matters the most! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area! Beds are very firm, not to my liking, but not enough to not...

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee available in lobby. The decor is dated but very clean. If you require an iron they are available in the office. Bed was fine and plenty of towels available.

Ask about suites which are 2 rooms. Living room and separate bedroom with nice kitchenette. Kitchen is stocked with regular appliances entire room is plentiful in size. Near Cracker Barrel and several restaurants within a short walk. Closest grocery is Spring st market. Family owned market very clean. Market does not sell alcohol.

A great place to stay both for families and couples. We stayed here for one night but could have stayed longer. Manchester was a nice town and the hotel was in a good location. I would recommend staying here.

The rooms were spacious and clean. It was pleasantly cool when I entered the room which was different from other places we have stayed on our trip. The breakfast was the best we've had so far with biscuits, gravy, and sausage as my highlight. I would highly recommend this place. I would say that this location has great value with...

A good ol mom n pop owned hotel. Very quant and well kept. There are about 50 other hotels and motels in the area. This one didn't have bullet holes in the room windows and you can go bare foot in the room without getting your feet dirty. Other ones around... Not so much. If I ever come back to...

Nice place. They work hard at keeping it clean and it was. The bathrooms were quite worn but overall ok. The price was right at around $50 for a room with 2 queen beds and it included a simple breakfast which was actually not too bad. I would recommend this if you are going to Chattanooga and don't want to...
