Cedar Point Campground lies on the Normandy TVA Reservoir and the upper Duck River. It is located in southern, middle Tennessee between the towns of Normandy and Manchester. The nicely treed and grassy campground offers a secluded and quiet, family-oriented environment, and is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and farmland. Cedar Point has a day use area, boat launch, and a small general store. A pavilion, which accommodates up to 75 people, may be reserved for a reasonable fee. The neighboring Barton Springs Campground, also managed by Recreation Resource Management, is located across the lake from Cedar Point.
Nice small campground with lake access and great views. Well maintained sites. Shower at bathhouse had hot water, but could've been cleaned/updated some. Hand dryer didn't work at all and no hand towels.

It is a hidden gem! The staff there is amazing and the campground stays pretty clean. Ashley, Billy, and the rest of the staff go out of their way to help everyone. Lake front sites are amazing and big.! Quiet time is at 10 and everyone adheres to that. No issues ever with sleeping. My personal favorite thing is the boat ramp is private. You never have to wait to launch your boat. The boat ramp streetlight is easy to find at night. Kids have plenty of space to ride their bikes and etc. There's a Dollar store roughly 5 miles away so if you forget something its not far. No fuel or marina on the lake so pack extra fuel with you. Ice and firewood at the campsite general store that is not overly priced like most places.

Cedar Point Campground is a beautiful campground. We miss the management and camp hosts from last year. We had a group next to us that had 3 dogs in the camp and they barked incessently. as late as 11:00 pm and as early as 6:00 am....And kids riding bikes through the camp spaces around our unit and vehicle.... Not a very restful stay.

We stayed at Cedar Point Campground for the first time this week for three nights. This campground is so clean and well run, it was the best experience ever. Very relaxing location. If you forget something, they have a great store. Our favorite now!

Beautiful campground. Short walk to the beach area or just a hop skip and a jump from your campsite. Boat ramp within the park and extra parking area for your trailer. Bathrooms are a single shower with two toilet areas. Very clean but plan ahead if needing to use the shower. Overall a great campground!

We loved Cedar Point Campground!! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. Marc and Tara were wonderful, and they are doing a fabulous job managing this campground. The waterfront campsites were especially nice, very level to the water's edge, and we were able to launch our kayaks directly from our campsite. There is also a boat ramp, swimming area, great fishing, and nice areas for walking and riding bikes. Can't wait until our next visit to this gem of a campground.

We had such a wonderful visit on our first trip to Cedar Point Campground that we immediately planned another trip back, just a few weeks later. Marc and Tara are incredible campground managers. They are present anytime they are needed and are constantly checking to see if anybody is short on firewood or ice. They are extremely friendly and welcomed us on each visit like we were old friends. This campground books up quickly so be sure to snag your spot. There are a few seasonal campers but the sites are kept up with well. We had sites 8, 10 and 30 during our stays, and loved them all. If I could rate Cedar Point, and Marc and Tara, higher than 5 stars, I certainly would.
