Positives: Good breakfast choice Tea/coffee stuff in the room Good location for exploring Loch Ness Cheap! Negatives: My room was not in the main hotel but in the annex building around the corner and was rather small and cramped. Personally found the bed a bit too soft and woke up with a sore back. Bathroom did not have anywhere to... More

Wife and I stayed here one night in Sept 2016. It's in a Good location to explore Loch Ness; 2 minutes drive from the shore, right next to Nessie exhibition and gift shops, next to collection point for a Nessie boat tour, next to a bus stop and set within Drumnadrochit village which has some tea rooms, and at least... There is a hostel down the road. You would be much better off staying there. Booked for 3 beds. Got confirmation of 3 beds. Got one double and the most uncomfortable sofa. Horrible sheets. Really cold room. Only 2 towels for 3 people.worst night sleep of the trip as very noisy. No reception open when we arrived had to walk... More

The pub and restaurant are reasonably priced. The rooms are modern and comfortable though the walls are very thin: you can hear your neighbours' voices although this was not a problem. The free WiFi works well.æ Decent value for the money, and very near Loch Ness.

Comfortable bed and great full Scottish breakfast, hot shower and reasonable facilities. Downside is being surrounded by Nessie tourist souvenirs which makes one feel as if Scotland has turned into a theme park. Convenient not classy.

We spent one night here to visit Urquhart castle and Loch Ness, The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was great, My only issue was a really dated room, It could definitely do with a bit modernising but some people do not mind this so I've rated it 4 star :)

Adequate parking good wifi good breakfast rooms are outdated but are clean and have all ameanities Exhibition centre is next door and the jetty for taking the boat ride is not too far Restaurant offers good food but for a further choice youd need to travel a few miles down the road

I booked this because it was the closest location and indeed it is! the hotel is next to the Loch Ness exhibition, with parking and restaurant and local gift shops too. The receptionist Shiela was very helpful with advising the best way to explore and book our tour boat on Loch Ness and the restaurant above not only has excellent... More

Great staff, top marks to you. Excellent location for touring the Highlands. Our room was clean n tidy, bathroom could do with updating. I slept very well after riding over 360 miles. The food was nice but could do with a bigger choice of menu. I would stay here again.
