Awful hotel from the 80´s: this place has not been refurbished for ages. It is barely clean, but only has two advantages : the staff is nice and it is bad enough to have available rooms by the loch ness
This is a no frills place to stay. Pretty dated and needs some updating. Food in restaurant just ok as well. Staff is very nice and friendly, breakfast was super busy and pretty standard fare. Not sure I would stay there again unless everything else...More

I Just want to add that today, 8 months after this all happened, I received an apology from a lovely staff member, Irene, and the payment refunded. I thought this was a really nice gesture after so long.
