After a tricky bit of Sat Nav driving through nearby housing to avoid rotten junction I arrived to find a very warm welcome from Jennifer that set the tone for the whole stay. Every staff member seemed to be pleased to se me even though I'd never been before and was one of many staying there. room was a blue...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review after your recent stay with us. I am glad you enjoyed all aspects of your stay with us and I am delighted to hear our staff made you feel most welcome. The standard rooms are due to be upgraded very soon, I will note the issue of light getting through the roller blinds....

The room I stayed in on the 2/5/15 did not resemble what is displayed / advertised on their Facebook page, or the page that comes up when you google the Glynhill hotel. Old tired furniture, rusted radiator, stain marks on the carpet. If this is what the management consider to be one of the ”145 elegantly appointed” rooms I shudder...

Lets start from the beginning of the stay. The staff in reception looked down their nose at the party for 48. The room was nice enough for one night but for two people sharing they did not give enough coffee/tea and toiletries. The tribute night hosted in one of the halls was cramped and very cold to start with. The...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I was indeed advised by reception on Saturday as well as the duty manager that when your group arrived at the hotel several of the party were indeed intoxicated and advised to drink no more alcohol or they would be refused admission to the tribute night, I was advised the staff should be...

We live in Bedfordshire, England. Each time we go to Glasgow to visit the family we always stay at The Glynhill. You cannot fault the Staff, Facilities, Rooms & Food. A special touch is when the owner joins you in conversation, she is a really nice person. Keep up the good work all at The Glynhill.
