A warm welcome & very comfortable stay in this stunning period building. Stayed in the beautifully appointed Tay Suite (good en suite with nice hot shower). The whole, enormous, house was spotless, warm & cosy. Has free wifi. There are plenty of pubs & places to eat close by for an evening meal. The breakfast was freshly cooked, with a...

We chose this place through trip advisor ratings and we weren't disappointed! We arrived early but that wasn't a problem. A lovely warm house and welcome got our stay off to an encouraging start. It only got better from there, Mark and Claire and not forgetting Ellie go above and beyond to make sure everything is 100%. The breakfast is...

A beautiful, stylish, and relaxing stay, in a stunning suite, and hosted impeccably. From the moment of our arrival we have had an amazing stay, nothing too much trouble, a wonderful selection for breakfast...including gluten free and vegetarian. Aberfeldy and the surrounding area provide everything you could want, and the Balnearn Hotel is the perfect place to stay!

The B&B is immaculate. A lovely old building with an extension. We stayed in room 9 which was in the newer part. Size wise it was a little small but perfectly fine for one night. The view from the window was of the flat roof but again for one night it was no issue to us but others may want...

We have just spent a night here and had a pleasant stay but nothing wonderful. The welcome was ok but a bit rushed. The room as average. A very uncomfortable, extremely hard bed. The duvet needs replaced as the filling has completely disappeared in huge parts of it so we were cold during the night. It's an old house so...

Our room was extraordinarily large, very quiet and comfortable. Mark helped us up and down the stairs with our luggage and was a gracious host. My husband enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts. I am gluten intolerant, but was delighted to find fresh fruit and yogurt, and the staff prepared eggs and bacon to go with it. We were a very short...
