Hi Stephanie, thanks for your enquiry, there are heavy curtains at the glass door so they don't let the light in and a curtain on the North facing windows - no black out blinds, I haven't had any complaints about the light so far with the pods but I will look into providing black out blinds for the back windows as this is a concern for you.
