Smart and spotless guesthouse with great views over the West Beach and bay. We stayed for three nights to visit our son at the airbase, lovely area and friendly locals. Ishbel was a great hostess, nothing was too much trouble, even ironing some clothes for us, (probably shouldn't mention that on here...they'll all expect it! 😀) Ishbel even asked hubby...

Our room had fantastic views over the Firth an again was very clean and presentable. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. Even had the right...

We stopped here for one night, and there is no doubt that we would return when in the area. The property, and our room were very comfortable, and the service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and set us up for the day. The view from our room was marvellous. We would both recommend this as a place to...

We stayed for 3 nights at the Norland over Christmas 2016. The room was spotlessly clean, with a large king size comfy bed and en-suite shower toilet. At breakfast there is a large selection of cereals, fruit and preserves to compliment a wonderful cooked breakfast. Ishbel could not have been more helpful and accommodating allowing us to bring our well...

Fabulous stay at Norland on 7 Dec. Spotlessly clean room with a great view and nice neighbourhood. Ishbel took care of us very well with a delicious breakfast. The B&B is also in a great area that is close enough to amenities but far enough to preserve the tranquility.
