    We spent 3 comfortable nights at Apple Lodge and we particularly enjoyed watching the deer from our bedroom window. The location of Apple Lodge is ideally situated for a variety of walks to suit all abilities and John was quite knowledgeable about these walks.     There were free rooms, but when I said we just want to stay for a single night they did not want us anymore. I could understand this in the morning, but not at 8pm when we asked. So they obviously prefer empty beds over easy earned money. We had a wonderful night at the youth hostel instead.

    Lovely B&B, great location not far from the 'centre' of Lochranza, and close to the Arran distillery. Our room was spotless and comfortable and the owners were very welcoming.     This guest house is a real "home from home" and our accommodation was so beautifully furnished, relaxing , refreshing and comfortable.
