The hotel room was modern, tastefully furnished with good décor as was the en-suite. Staff were professional in completting their duties however outwith their remit of checking guests in and out of the hotel their helpfulness failed to extend. Had purchased breakfast and had overslept. We were informed that coffee was complimentary and should proceed to the dining area. There...

We had an absolutely excellent stay and can't wait until the hotel is fully renovated so we can visit again. We would recommend staying at this hotel 100%. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they made our stay all that much better.

Rooms are nice, modern and clean. Good bathroom facilities, good bed and spacious. Minibar is empty but you can make coffee or tea. That is what you can expect of a 3 star hotel. Its location and view to the water arte great, with connecting busses to the city of Edinburg and the airport just in front of the hotel...

It is disappointing to read of your recent experience however I hope you can appreciate that the staff were extremely pushed in regards to the volume of people that came into the restaurant and lounge that day who did not book and the lack of service was not personal to you. I know this does not excuse your personal experience...
