Having been badly let down by accommodation already booked, we were recommended The Spindrift and thankfully we got the last room! NOTHING is too much trouble here. The house is spotless, really homely and welcoming and as for the breakfast..... wow! Another plus point is it is only half a mile from the centre of Anstruther so it made walking...

We stayed here whilst visiting The Open. The owners were very accommodating for early breakfasts and our stay was wonderful at spindrift. A beautiful character house with very comfortable and stylish rooms. Food extremely good and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely view from our bedroom. Would definitely return.

We were made very welcome. A very high standard of accommodation and facilities for guests. I was in the "Captain's Cabin". An extensive breakfast choice. Couldn't do better for a visit to the East Neuk Festival.

I had the captain's room with a sea view. It was small, but very comfortable. The en suite bathroom was luxurious and large. The food provided was very good. We had a 3-course evening meal for £24, and it was very high quality. The place was friendly, and the guests all chatted to each other in the sitting room both...

Amazing value for money. From superb breakfasts to excellent dinners, and all in a lovely house with a great atmosphere. A particularly unusual and welcome aspect was that all the guests chatted to each other in the lounge and even at dinner.

What a fantastic stay form start to finish. We received a very warm welcome and quickly checked into our room which was very clean and comfortable in such a beautiful house. We made use of the guest lounge on a rather wild day which my son loved especially playing dominoes. Breakfast was lovely with so much to choose from and...

The Spindrift was recommended to us by the vet ( in St.Monans ) treating our dog for cruciate ligament damage. What a marvellous B&B with great hosts in Ken and Christine who made our stay of 5 nights very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and even a daily "special". We intend to return soon.

Picked at random for a weekend away. What a lovely find. We arrived on valentines day and had booked an evening meal for two. Ken and Christine, the owners treated all the guests to champagne before dinner, a fresh red rose for each of the ladies and lovely valentines table decorations. Lovely food. Home cooked using local produce. A good...
