Just had a 1 night stay (not long enough) in a superior double room that had great views over the harbour, the River Forth and beyond. Very nice staff (and owner), breakfast equally very good; very fresh fruit and as big a breakfast as you...More

There are no lifts, however I recall seeing one room on the ground floor adjacent to the stairway...and the room has a sea view which is very nice. I personally found the sea view rooms very small, so I don't think they are well suited if the guest uses a walker or wheelchair. The rooms facing the street are huge, but are only accessible by the stairs. There are two separate entrances - one for the pub/restaurant and one for the rooms and both have one step to navigate.
