We were lucky enough to stay in a stunning room 19A which had an amazing bathroom and views across the bay and harbour. The room was massive with intricate coving and feature fireplace as well as a big bay window to relax in the leather tub chairs and chill. The bed was huge and very comfortable with eygptian cotton bedding.... More

Best Meal I have had recently. Four of us booked in for dinner last weekend. Menu was very good ample choice. We all ordered different meals they were so good we ended up tasting each other's. Very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant but book as it is usually busy at weekends.

Walking distance to the beach, seaview from the bunk bedroom, this was one of the best family rooms we've ever had - absolutely massive! It had everything you need and the beds were very comfy. The bar was friendly, great staff and the food and drink was very good. We parked just opposite the hotel for free. Really reasonably priced,... More

This place has to decide if for weekends it wants to be a classy B&B or a rowdy late night music bar for drunken revellers. We stayed here on Fri/Sat 8th/9th July. Friday was fine ( our 3rd stay here in 3 Years) but Saturday night was hellish. The live music act was as bad as its possible to imagine... More

We had a short break in the Bank and were impressed by the size of the room although ours looked over the road and there was some traffic noise at night and early morning, I would think the rooms to the rear with sea views would be quieter. If staying again then I would ask for a sea view room.... More

We had a very nice dinner at this restaurant. The prawns were a bit too soft and the fish a bit over cooked but lovely fresh vegetables and salad . The cheesecake and Eton mess were delicious. Very friendly waitresses !!

A new menu with some new choices and some old bar favourires. A very nice family meal the goats cheese starter was my favourite. Goats cheese on a bed of crisp fresh veg. Quite busy tonight but the service was prompt and the food was good.

I recently booked a single room for 50£. When I checked my invoice, however, I was billed 100£ for a double room. I contacted the Bank about the situation and asked to cancel my reservation, which was done, but I have yet to have my deposit refunded. Based on the correspondence I received, it is The Bank's policy to automatically... More
