Spent a Friday night here with my wife We had a warm welcome at reception & guided to our room which was beautiful! After exploring our surroundings we checked out the well stocked bar , cosy with the fires going and the service here was really good. Our main meal and breakfast in the restaurant was out of this world...

We went to the old inn to celebrate our engagement with family & have to say the service was awful. I booked the table & requested that we sat near the kitchen but on arrival was seated In room off the main restaurant. We were then left for 20mins without anyone acknowledging us. We had to request menus for our...

Tonight was our first time in the Old Inn and I have to say everything was exceptional. The food was delicious, myself and husband both had the pigeon for starters and for mains I had cod and seafood dish whilst my husband had the pork belly. What made the evening for us was how well our server attended to us....

Stayed in the Old Inn at weekend. Beautiful hotel. Rooms very quaint. Food was great including breakfast which was cooked to order. Only downside was no music in the bar on Saturday night, Would definitely recommend

Stayed one night on 14 January 2017 in a superior room which was exceptionally luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our dinner in the restaurant was of great quality and the service faultless. The ambiance in the hotel was very relaxing and the gardens were a nice place to be even in winter. We have tried a lot...

We spent three weeks in Ireland and this was our favorite hotel and restaurant both. It was a beautiful and cozy place for a stay in November but I found myself wishing that I could return and enjoy the gardens and patios in the summer, too. The rooms are charming with an old world feel but with updated amenities. The...

Excellent hotel with rich history. I had a warm welcome from a well prepared staff who made my stay pleasant. The building is old but beautifully preserved. It has maintained many individual features without any loss of comfort. The cuisine is excellent. I entertained friends from a varied menu featuring fresh local produce. My bedroom was charming, lacking only comfortable...

Saturday late lunch, group 0f 8. Whilst the hotel was busy, as one waitress pointed out when asked for something, its no excuse for slow service. Busy? Get more staff on. The food was lovely, nicely presented but more importantly tasty. However, the dining chairs were awful - wicker style, uncomfortable and certainly no back support. So we had to...
