The stay at the reception desk couldn't have been nicer and straight away offered us a drink. Even though the bar was closing we were allowed to put drinks orders in and sit in the lobby as long... Dear Guest firstly we would like to thank you for taking the time to forward your review. We of course are very disappointed that you did not enjoy your lunch with us. In regard to children's meal of traditional Roast Beef dinner it is a 1/2 portion of the adults meal and therefore a little dearer than the other kiddies... More

Stayed at Millbrook lodge for a few days at the start of August 16 for friends wedding. Three of us were staying in a room, room was very basic and had view of roof but very clean and suited our requirements. The hotel itself and particularly the grounds were beautiful, a lovely hotel to stay in and get married in.... More

Service was very slow, especially for a Saturday night when the restaurant wasn't that busy. Food was ok, wasn't much choice for coeliacs (gluten free) other than a roast dinner. It did take awhile for food to come, approximately an hour. However, when it did come it wasn't too warm. The food we had was nice, however, the portions of... More

Tonight my husband and I returned to celebrate our first date on 16 July 1976. The meal was beautiful and the service great. When they realised why we were there they made a great fuss of us. Gave us champagne and took our photograph. It's nice to be so well looked after. Highly recommend the food and new restaurant .... More
