Wareham forest deserves its 5 stars, we loved being there and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this site to anyone. It may be worth checking the length of electric hook up cable needed for your pitch. My friends have a 10 metre cable and couldn't reach their point. We were pitched opposite and really near our plug so we swapped and... More

We only stayed here for one night but wish we'd stayed longer and will definitely be back. A lovely little site with outdoor heated pool, good play area for little ones and nice friendly feeling. Tidy and welcoming. We pitched our tent near the woods and had a lovely time. Highly recommended.

On arrival there is a Reception where we received a warm welcome. We had a great pitch with a vast amount of open space around us and near some woodland. The whole site is covered in shingle so if like me you are a wheelchair user it's best to use the grass to get around. There is a swimming pool,... More

We made a late booking and after informing them of my situation, I am a wheelchair user, they informed me that our slot was at the edge of the park. It is a very well kept park with good facilities although there was only 1 disabled/family shower room on three occasions when I got there it was in use. I... More

We've stayed before and love it, it's a beautiful site with nice facilities. The last time we stayed we were on a superior pitch which was fantastic for location and amenities however this time we were right at the top of the site opposite a camping field which got quite oppressive when it filled up. Also as there are only... More

We arrived at Wareham Forest Touring Park and were immediately impressed by the quality and layout of the campsite, however the roads are deep gravel and my husband who is totally dependent upon a wheelchair/mobility scooter was confined to the motorhome for the duration of our stay, you will find that small wheeled mobility scooters sink in the stones. Not... More

Wow, I picked Wareham Forest for my first camping trip which I was resisting for decades!!! Never in a million years did I think I could like camping but thanks to WF I have openly embraced it!! I like my 5* hotels but this site made camping an enjoyable experience & has, at times, been better than some hotels I've... More

Turned up on the off chance with our leathers on and a motorbike and were made to feel very welcome at a site which had a lot of retired folks in very posh caravans.... We were shown the area for camping and it was great. Beautifully kept and extremely clean and tidy. Would go back without a doubt.. Thankyou

This is a very clean site with lovely views. Unfortunately the nature walk was flooded at the time of our visit so we couldn't do that and therefore missed out on some of the wildlife around the site. It could do with a dry area to leave clothing/towels during the rain as this lack of facilities limits the use of... More

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely site, it is a first class site, very well maintained. Couldn't fault it at all. Every thing was excellent from checking in to using the facilities. The play park is fantastic, the swimming pool warm and clean. Showers/toilet block spotless. When we arrived Thurs Eve there was a... More
