Just returned from weekend break Friday to Monday. 6 of us in a Cutter chalet. This was our second visit this year. The entertainment continues to be good, and the team work together really well. The star has to be Tom who seems to end up doing impromptu singing whenever there is a quiet spot, and he is a good... More

We visited Devon Valley as couple for a week 16/7/16. We booked late to get a cheap weeks holiday & we were not disappointed with our Topper Bronze Chalet. It was basic but all we needed for a relaxing break in Devon. The park is set in a fantastic location on the Teign River. It has everything you need (Restaurant,Pub,Take... More

We came here as a cheap holiday and was not disappointed. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable it was alot bigger than a lot of other parks I have been to like this one. The staff were friendly especially in the swimming pool which was the best bit of the park fpr me , it is a large pool... More

Since 2010 my partner and I have used newspaper promotions and have no aspirations of luxury. Our main aim is to use the site as a base and explore local beauty spots and places of interest. So this years theme was the Jurassic coast and we selected Devon Valley which was in the ideal spot. On arrival the reception area... More

We stayed in a Topper caravan where the parking was very tight. The accommodation was OK but the bed was very small and extremely uncomfortable. The lack of a decent shower really spoilt the holiday for us. The site was quiet which suited us well. We enjoyed the entertainment and nightly quizzes.

Turned up on Tuesday for a pre booked midweek break we had paid extra in advance for entertainment passes & linen as always. Having thought we had prepaid for this break, we had an arrival bill for an extra £19.50 to pay, something that had never previously been mentioned!! As soon as we arrived we were allocated a caravan which... More

We stayed in a chalet, which was dated however clean and suitable for our needs. The on site swimming pool was clean and had a permanent lifeguard. We ate at the on site pub, which was good cheap food and fantastic staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the girl at the bar. We couldn't get hot water from the... More

The site suffers from poor management and wildly contrasting standards. The accommodation is functional and clean although I had no idea you could still get 7 inch TVs! The pub come restaurant is nicely situated with great views over the Teign Estuary but the choice of drinks is standard. Everything is chilled bar red wine and expensive. The menu is... More

Had a lovely weekend here. The caravan we upgraded to was in need of tlc and not particularly well equipped. However the bed linen was crisp and clean and the beds comfortable. It is a very small site and the view from the Boathouse pub overlooking the estuary was so peaceful and relaxing as was the site. The bar prices... More

First impressions were good, lovely views from the Boathouse Restaurant and a nice view from our chalet. We booked a few days before going so we had our cancellation fee waived which was nice of Hoseasons. We were a bit surprised when we found out we had to pay for electricity. However, the lady on reception advises to put the... More
