This guesthouse was perfect for my 4 night stay. Everything is provided and all spotlessly clean. The bathroom is small but certainly adequate. A very good breakfast with a friendly service from Tonia. This is in a lovely location, short walk from the beach and town. Would highly recommend.

The lady who runs this house is such a sweet woman. After working for a month away from home I felt right at home as soon as I got here! My bag had leaked and she managed to help me out. The dogs were such a cutie and I felt like they added to that warm feeling. The B and... More

I stay regularly at different accommodations in Exmouth and this is the best value of them all. A wonderful B & B which was exceptionally clean, full of character and run by a lovely landlady. Breakfast was great and all the facilities were excellent. Had a great shower, a comfy bed and felt very welcome. Really good value for the... More

I spent a few nights at this B&B at the end of January and would certainly recommend. Tonya was very welcoming, very kind, and cooked a great breakfast which really set me up for the day. The room was comfortable and warm, complete with its own tea-making facilities and tv - just what you need to come back to in... More

We stayed at the Breken for just 1 night and we would certainly go back. Tonya is a very nice welcoming lady; the breakfast was excellent and the room was great - very comfortable and clean. The whole house was stylishly decorated and we loved the musical clock in the breakfast room!

Booked room 7, for 3 nights, described "FAMILY ROOM" online and asked for extra bed as 2 adults who would not share same bed. Arrived, The landlady was out but left keys, saw room and it is a tiny double room with no space (let alone fire risk) for another bed. Landlady refused to refund first night £s and became... More

Just back from 2 day stay. I have to agree with a previous review. We stayed in room 3 It was very small and the en suite was minute, with not a lot of power in the shower. Breakfast was ok just, the quality of the sausage and bacon was not the best also the tomatoes were tinned. But everywhere... More
