We arrived at the Breken fully expecting to find the owner rather odd after reading other reviews. We arrived around 2pm but had to ring a mobile number asno answer at the door. Was told to go and get a coffee as she wouldn't be back for 30 minutes. We returned and as soon as we walked in Tonia said...

Warm welcome from Tonia who showed us round the place and to our room [2] Nicely furnished and very clean. Small ensuite but functional and perfectly adequate. WIFI can be erratic in the rooms but always ok downstairs. Good breakfast choices and Tonia always happy to mix/swap full brekkie items. On road parking only with spaces somewhat at a premium....patience...

The stay started oddly, we'd arrived direct from the beach, wanting to extend our day to the weekend, last resort as all local hotels fully booked. I presume this was only a problem due to it being in the 6 weeks holiday. When we walked...

This guesthouse was perfect for my 4 night stay. Everything is provided and all spotlessly clean. The bathroom is small but certainly adequate. A very good breakfast with a friendly service from Tonia. This is in a lovely location, short walk from the beach and town. Would highly recommend.

The lady who runs this house is such a sweet woman. After working for a month away from home I felt right at home as soon as I got here! My bag had leaked and she managed to help me out. The dogs were such a cutie and I felt like they added to that warm feeling. The B and...

I stay regularly at different accommodations in Exmouth and this is the best value of them all. A wonderful B & B which was exceptionally clean, full of character and run by a lovely landlady. Breakfast was great and all the facilities were excellent. Had a great shower, a comfy bed and felt very welcome. Really good value for the...
