Excellent period hotel overlooking the estuary at bay in Exmouth. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. room booked at the front of the hotel with great views out to sea. Excellent breakfast choice, really good value for money.

Nice room with views over the bay and also down the Exe towards Exeter. Good location with both the beech & Exmouth centre within walking distance. We were fortunate enough to get parked in front of the hotel at no cost so no problem there. Used Exmouth as the start of our breathtaking trip along the coast to Weymouth.

Stayed here last weekend with my daughters for a night, rooms all clean, comfortable beds and excellent sea views out the large windows. It is quite an old building with a quirky sort of style, it takes a while to get used to the stairs up and down as they wind around the lift in a way thats not always...

I was based in this hotel for 4 nights on a dinner bed & breakfast deal, not the best experience I have ever had, I was on the 1st floor and the lights and TV went off on a couple of days running at about 7am & between 6-7pm so as the nights a drawing in this was not good,...

My wife and I stayed in the Manor Hotel over a weekend. The location is excellent, beyond some lovely gardens high above the sea. Room with a view indeed. Well maintained old building with some good updates. Car parking is limited but I suspect a lot of the business comes from coach parties. We certainly parked in a reserved space...

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and would happily chat to us which made the hotel feel more homely. The breakfast was very nice (had lots of options) and filling too! They also served dinner which was the same. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable with enough storage space- even had a tv and free wifi. The...

Friendly welcome at reception and booking in could not have been easier. Could not fault the food, menu was varied and it was always served hot (apart from the salad) and the portions generous. Breakfast was also very good, full english or variations thereof were no problem. The waiting staff were efficient and friendly. We travelled with a large party...

52 members stayed at The Manor for a week on our club's annual tour. The location was good being close to the shopping centre and within easy reach of the sea front. The hotel decor is generally ok, but a bit sad in places. The rooms are comfortable, although some have different levels and others slopes. Overall no real complaints...

I read so many mixed reviews that I admit I was more than a bit concerned but I could not fault any aspect of the Manor Hotel experience (having stayed in a London 4* boutique hotel the night before they could have learned a lot from The Manor Hotel) From the moment we arrived we found the staff excellent from...

I am scoring this place with mixed feelings. Let me tell you why: The reception and booking service, as well as the ladies who serve breakfast were 10/10, friendly and professional. The room we had (front facing, twin beds, big, spacious, high ceilings, storage...lovely. Really nice old fashioned charm. However, there were uncleaned items under a bed...and a soap tray...
