From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel very welcome by the host, Patrick. The property was in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the surrounding country side, Inside was very well decorated and cleaned to an incredibly high standard. we stayed in a standard room, had we not known there was "better" rooms,... From arrival to departure Patrick and Sharon make your stay special. I have specific dietary needs and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, all locally sourced or home grown produce. A stunning Georgian house, decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean, one of the best BnBs we have stayed... More

Lovely location and property. Clean rooms and facilities. Very hospitable and helpful host, Patrick. A peaceful night's sleep and a superb breakfast. Only a mile away from one of the best pubs around, The Cleave in Lustleigh. Looking forward to going back again.

I have to say we do not normally stay B & B but this one changes our view. Excellent breakfast of local produce and a good nights sleep. Good and quiet bar after a long day and Patrick could not have been a better host. WiFi only in the lounge but probably no bad thing. Boris was very friendly too.... More

Stay at Dartmoor National Park, tasty, varied breakfast, local knowledge offered, unexpected dinner reservation made at local pub first night in, clean room and inn. Step up into shower may be difficult for some.

This is a really lovely B&B just outside Lustleigh. Our room was a huge double up in the roof with lots of windows out onto the hills and a large bathroom. Every need is catered for by the owner, who gave us lots of vegetarian options for breakfast. He was also able to give lots of advice on things in... More

This was our second visit to this superior B & B and it was just as good as the last. With a warm and friendly welcome we were shown to our room which was first class with amazing views. There is a good choice for breakfast plus hot cross buns as it was Easter. 🐰

Set in a lovely location with marvellous views down the valley Eastwrey Barton has everything one could need for a great stay. Patrick and Sharon are the most amazing hosts, providing a home from home atmosphere that many aspire to but no one has achieved to the extent that they have managed to do. The communal lounge and dining room... More

Peaceful setting on edge of Dartmoor. Immediately made to feel at home. Cracking suggestions of where to eat and things to do. Restricted times for breakfast may trouble some but not a concern for us and well worth it

A lot of other places were booked up for the 3 mid week days we required to stay. Eastwrey Barton was available ( maybe it's because the room price is on the high side by comparison) and the reviews were very good. We were the only guests for 2 of the nights. We ate on our first night and the... More
