This review is very overdue, as it is 4 months since we stayed for 4 nights. However, the memories linger of the very comfortable accommodation & the lovely hosts, Sharon & Steve. We were probably in the minority of guests not there to visit the Treby Arms, so, of course, we could make the most of the delicious breakfasts each... More

Stayed one night with my daughter. We were made very welcome, and enjoyed a cup of tea sitting in the garden. The room was lovely and quite quirky and the en-suite was spotless. Sharon was extremely helpful. Breakfast is served at a communal table. All the usual fare is available, using meat and eggs from their own animals, and home-made... More

13th August, 2016 This is an exceptionally delightful B&B. We spent five glorious days at Cadleigh Manor, and would have much stayed longer if they had not been booked-up well ahead! There are few B & Bs known to us that can provide the special qualities that Cadleigh Manor does, and this is all down to the personal warmth and... More

We had stayed here three-and-a-half years ago and loved it then, and we loved it again! Sharon and Steve bend over backwards for their guests and provide everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is impressive, very cosy in their dining area next to the kitchen - you get to chat with your fellow guests over... More

I booked a room at Cadleigh Manor as it was the closest accommodation I could find to the Treby Arms, Sparkwell, where I was taking my husband as a birthday surprise. The accommodation was excellent. Comfortable and far superior to any other B&B I have stayed in. The room was spotless and had a small en suite, TV, tea and... More

We stayed here for three nights as we were visiting the area to celebrate my husbands 'special 'birthday. I don't feel as though I can add much more than has been said before, but just to say that Sharon and Steve were just the most delightful couple and perfect hosts. The food was amazing, most from their own produce in... More

Running a B&B in your own home can have its problems, but Sharon & Steve have got this almost perfect. Being able to visit the pigs that will very soon become another guests breakfast may not suit everyone but for us the fact that so much of the food that is served here is either grown or matured (in the... My boyfriend and I stayed at Cadleigh Manor for a long weekend as we were attending a wedding. Sharon and Steve were amazing hosts from the very start - Sharon picked us up from the train station as I wasn't able to walk very easily. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. The homemade shortbread was also a... More

We stayed here for 3 nights while down for a wedding and Sharon and Steve were the loveliest hosts. They make absolutely delicious breakfast with home made jam and honey and always go out of their way to help you find things to do in and around the area. I had a fraud issue on one of my cards and... More
