I only stayed for one night and was leaving early in the morning so was looking for something cheap and close to the centre of Brixham. The owner was very welcoming and very kindly agreed to make me some bacon sandwiches to take away because I was leaving before breakfast. The room itself was a very generous size with all... More

We stayed here on business as we were trading at the brixham pirate event 2016. Our room was spacious, clean, the location was perfect to our needs and the owners lovely. There isn't a bar or restaurant within the hotel but that isn't a problem there are loads of eating houses and bars within very short walking distances from the... More

Stayed here for 3 nights working in Brixham, perfectly placed for what I needed. Clean rooms and comfy beds what more can you ask for? Great proprietors that's what! And you get it at this hotel, a home from home!

Park over the road while you check in them move to long stay parking was easily done. Check in quick and easy, the door is on a lock so ring the bell! Feels like a lot of history in the old creaky building. Room was very comfortable and clean, a little street noise from some younger souls at night, church... More

Booked at the last minute. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean with all the facilities. Good and plentiful breakfasts. Located right in the centre of brixham. There's no parking but car park very near. Very old building but quite an interesting history.

A very comfortable hotel. Good sized rooms, plenty of drawer and hanging space, cleaned every day. Friendly unobtrusive owners. Very good cooked breakfast, well situated in centre of Brixham only problem is the parking.

The room was clean and fresh and well presented. Although up narrow stairs, it all adds up to the unique quirkiness of the building. The breakfast was fulfilling and well worth it. (My husband having the full grill on both mornings). John and Jean were very friendly and informative of the area.

Stayed at this " hotel " for one night. It is extremely dated and massively in need of a complete refurb. Without a bar and a restaurant I'm not sure it can be called a hotel. Bed and breakfast would be more accurate. Parking is across the road at a public car park which was fine if a little pricey.... More
