A warm welcome awaited us at Kings Acre. Linda & Nigel were so friendly. Beautiful room, stunning view and tasty breakfast. Conveniently located to all the area has to offer. Thank you for making our weekend away feel like such a treat. We will be back and have already recommended you to friends.

We spent two nights here for our anniversary and had a lovely stay. Linda and Nigel were very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in Beach room which had lovely views over the Burrows. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had English breakfasts on both mornings and they were delicious, enjoyed in the conservatory which was... More

Beautiful decor with a calming seaside ambiance. Spotlessly clean. Good choice of breakfast food and plentiful. Friendly and helpful attentive owners. Home from home feeling. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

You couldn't wish for a more hospitable welcome than that given to us by Linda and Neil at their lovely ship clad property, Kingsacre House. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Beach Room with a view towards the sea. A very spacious and comfortable lounge is provided for guests which is adjacent to the dinning... More

Can't fault this excellent B&B, from being met on arrival with a cup of tea to the sea view from our bedroom. We were made extremely welcome by Linda and Nigel, they did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was the highlight of the day, with a good selection of hot and cold courses. A resident's lounge meant you... More

My partner and I spent a pleasant 3 nights at Kingsacre House B&B earlier this month. We enjoyed our stay very much with the early spring sunshine a constant throughout our stay. Our room was the Ocean Room which was extremely comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a bonus. There is a spacious lounge and conservatory area... More

We stayed here for two nights whilst attending a family funeral. The hosts were just fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived we were made tea & coffee and given home made scones, A heater was put in the bathroom for us as the underfloor heating wasn't working properly in that bathroom. On the morning that we were... More
